Hello and welcome to day 1 of my Christmas in July Series using products from the upcoming Mini Catalogue. If you watched the recent video of me unboxing my Christmas goodies you will have seen me show you this stamp set and say that I had an idea for it as soon as I saw it, and here it is! I stamped the image onto acetate and then put glittery white cardstock behind it so it looked like sparkly snow.

I then created a silvery glittery frame around it and mounted it onto a thick basic white cardstock base.

I punched out a couple of sprigs to go in the corner with some silver twine and stamped out a sentiment.

I hope this is showing just how glittery the card is in real life. I will be continuing my Christmas In July series throughout this week and I hope you will stop back to see what else I have created.

I hope you like the card and that it will inspire you to create something glittery for Christmas. (You can never have enough glitter!)

I have now finished tidying my craft room so I will be back soon with a video showing some of the ways I store my stash so that I can easily find everything (when it’s tidy) I have been crafting for so many years and it has taken me this long to come up with a system where I can find everything, with some help from Stampin Up storage solutions.

Until next time

Beautiful, Ruth! Did you use Stazon to stamp on the acetate?
