Because Stampin Up are so. Good at coming up with beautiful sentiments I sometimes forget to make good old birthday cards, so today I spent some time in my crafting cupboard making some birthday cards. I am still loving white and gold but did add a touch of Evening Evergreen to the above card. So quick and easy to make. I used my Stampin up trimmer to create the embossed lines then I stamped an image from the Dainty Delight bundle and then the die cuts were from the Meadow Die set. Throw in some gold twine and some gold gems and voila!

This card uses one of my favourite colours BlackBerry Bliss alongside the white and gold. The butterflies were cut out from the same FREE patterned paper in the Saleabration catalogue. It’s the same paper I used here http://stampinghappiness.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1949&action=edit and I just adore them. Again a very quick card to make but the embossing steps it up a little.
We had no internet all morning which was the perfect excuse to craft and play with some of the items from the new mini catalogue. What do you think?
I’m now off to sort out the emails now the internet is back on (boo)
Until next time
