I am back again with another Colour INKspiration challenge card. This week it was Soft Sea Foam, Early Espresso, Petal Pink and Soft Saffron – I mean, what’s not to like? I partially embossed the centre of the top layer and then stamped some leaves and flowers onto 4 squares and put them on dimensionals and added them to the top layer. I then tied some gold thread round the layer and added a gold bow to a tiny tag. I cut the bird with the Early Espresso and gave him a gold sequin for an eye. I then punched out a couple of little flowers to add as an accent to the bottom of the card and mirrored it with 3 gold sequins in the top left corner.

I added a die cut of soft sea foam to give the bird something to perch on. I love this colour and will definitely use it again.
I had a lovely weekend. I went flying with Summer on Saturday and our eldest daughter popped back from her home in York as her dislocated knee has now healed and to add the icing to the cake we got to see Nicola and Christopher was over from the US and we got to meet his gorgeous wife Genevieve for the first time!
If you are feeling in a bit of a crafty funk head over to Facebook and have a go at the challenge, I would love to see what you create.
Until next time
