So I liked the #TGIFC422 challenge so much I made two cards. I always think a blue background can be really classy so I decided for my first card, to make a tone on tone shaker card! I love making shaker cards and it’s so easy using the Two Tone Flora die as it’s one big die and it creates a gorgeous feature on any card. I really let the die speak for itself and just added a bit of tonal stamping to the card base and then added a sentiment and a couple of leafy die cuts together with a couple of blue gems to add a bit of extra bling..

My second card uses the fern embossing folder together with some of the lovely Countryside Inn designer series paper a very quick card. To put together with a sentiment and some sequins but it does look lovely.
I have been a bit out of touch lately as we are still trying to work out what’s gone wrong with my heart. I have been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation but the new drugs are making me very sleepy which is very frustrating when I have a craft room to play in.
I hope you all had a lovely bank holiday weekend and made the most of the gorgeous weather.
Until next time
