This is my entry to the SU Color Challenge. The colours to be used were soft succulent, petal pink, fresh freesia and Tahitian tide. Not sure what’s going on with my petal pink ink pad but it looks more orange to me than pink. I have had this cat stamp set sitting in my desk and I really wanted to use it in a different way and as my brain slowly kicked into action this morning I came up with this.
There are a lot of card layers beneath the stamped layer so to stop the card from being too bulky I cut out frames and used them to mat the stamped layer, it also saves cardstock for your next project.
I still need to make a video of my previous card but I have been a bit unwell and today is my first day back of feeling vaguely normal, I am hoping to get that done later today.
My daughter is flying me to Le Touquet for lunch tomorrow so I am hoping that the weather stays the same. It will be her first time flying over water so we are bringing her old instructor along with the promise of an Easter Egg and a free lunch.
Whatever your plans for the Easter break are I hope you have a lovely time and until next time
