Once again I have been inspired by the talented people over at www.global-design-project.com. I do like a slimline card and haven’t made one for ages so this challenge was perfect for me.

I got out my trusty Meadow Dies and cut them out and coloured them and then for something different I drew a black outline on the flowers. I used the shimmery white embossing paste with a stencil and added some to the background.

I love the effect of the shimmery paste and I then added the gold thread to “tie” the bouquet together.

I added the sentiment and some dots from the loose frosted pack. I cut out the pink piece on my Cricut and I used a large rectangle die from my stash.
This challenge has really inspired me to make more slimline cards so I may be back later this week with more ideas.
I’ve been in hospital recently where I was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. It was not a pleasant experience but I am glad to have a diagnosis. I do find that my card making helps me to relax so that’s a bonus.
until next time

Amazing project! we are so excited you played along. 🙂
